# Temporary staffing for your business

Temporary staffing helps companies plan additional workers for an agreed assignment. East Power Sp. z o.o. focuses preparation on your tasks, shifts and required skills. Start dates, scope and conditions are discussed based on your enquiry.

## Who employs whom?

The agency employs the workers; their employment relationship remains with that employer. During an assignment they work within the client company’s organisation. The agreement between agency and client is separate from the worker’s employment contract. East Power’s contractual role in a specific project must be identified before commissioning.

## When to discuss temporary staffing

Peak orders, seasonal work or additional shifts can create temporary demand. State the reason and planned end date. For an open-ended requirement, provide an initial planning period and a review date.
