# Checklist: starting cooperation and a staffing assignment

From agreed requirements to the first shift: use this checklist to review tasks, responsibilities and open questions. It supports preparation and does not provide legal or workplace clearance.

## Before agreement

Clarify tasks, the assignment model, named contracting entity and scope first. Record open points, responsible contacts and due dates. A tick does not replace document checks or an agreement.

## Before the first working day

Prepare access, tools and induction at the actual workstation. Agree arrival instructions and the contact for questions. Accommodation or travel arrangements belong in the process only if agreed.

## At the start and after induction

Demonstrate the workflow, agreed checks and reporting of deviations. Ask the worker to explain or demonstrate the steps. Resolve questions before independent tasks are taken on.

## After the first shift

Compare actual tasks with the agreed profile. Review induction, communication and tools. Agree changes to duties or headcount with the responsible contacts.
