EAST POWER / STAFFING FOR BUSINESS

Temporary staffing for your business

Temporary staffing helps companies plan additional workers for an agreed assignment. East Power Sp. z o.o. focuses preparation on your tasks, shifts and required skills. Start dates, scope and conditions are discussed based on your enquiry.

Who employs whom?

The agency employs the workers; their employment relationship remains with that employer. During an assignment they work within the client company’s organisation. The agreement between agency and client is separate from the worker’s employment contract. East Power’s contractual role in a specific project must be identified before commissioning.

When to discuss temporary staffing

Peak orders, seasonal work or additional shifts can create temporary demand. State the reason and planned end date. For an open-ended requirement, provide an initial planning period and a review date.

Information needed for matching

Describe tasks rather than job titles alone. In a warehouse, distinguish picking, packing and internal transport. In production, specify equipment knowledge, work steps and quality requirements.

What determines the quotation

Skills, working hours, shifts, workplace and assignment length inform a quotation. Also clarify travel, accommodation, equipment and time records. A defined scope enables a meaningful comparison of offers.

Responsibilities before starting

Identify contacts for planning, induction and feedback. Agree how working hours are confirmed and changes reported. Clarify the contracting party, assignment model and required documentation before commissioning.

Discuss staffing from Poland within the actual model

When looking for temporary workers from Poland or Eastern Europe, tasks and contractual models need to align. Identify the contracting entity and the organisation supplying employees for the assignment. Origin, employment and workplace are different inputs. Documentation must match the model; a geographical description does not establish approval.

Include arrangements in the agreed scope

Travel, accommodation, induction and feedback need clear responsibilities before starting. Identify tasks your company handles and support to discuss. The offer should state quantities, dates, billing basis and additional services. Agreed contacts coordinate changes.

Clarify the AÜG and authorisation before work starts

The AÜG governs this model. Federal Employment Agency authorisation is generally required, subject to statutory exceptions. The entity, authorisation and assignment must correspond. A certificate for East Power Sp. z o.o. dated 14 September 2022 is published on eastpower.pl; it records indefinite authorisation from 22 April 2022. The guide explains the main concepts; the documentation page separates general requirements from pending company evidence.
