EAST POWER / STAFFING FOR BUSINESS

From your enquiry to an agreed assignment.

We structure cooperation in five steps: clarify requirements, agree an offer, select candidates, prepare the assignment and review the cooperation. Each step requires clear information and responsibilities. Scope, availability and dates are agreed for the specific project.

Clarify requirements

You provide tasks, location, headcount, qualifications, shifts and period. We discuss outstanding requirements before preparing an offer.

Agree the offer

We clarify the service model, pricing basis and responsibilities. The contracting party and required documentation are checked before commissioning.

Select candidates

Candidate profiles are compared with your requirements. Current availability and a realistic start date form part of the discussion.

Prepare the assignment

Induction, workwear, travel and accommodation where needed must be clarified before starting. Each task should have a named contact.

Review cooperation

Time records, feedback and staffing changes are handled through agreed contacts. Coordinator availability is set for the specific project.

Agree travel and accommodation

Clarify whether travel or accommodation support is needed. Record arrangements, costs, standards and contacts in the offer. These services are not automatically included in every enquiry.

Handle changes transparently

A different start date, extra workers or changed shifts can alter selection and arrangements. Agree a contact and reporting channel, the information required and who confirms changes. A clear handover helps both sides use the same plan.

Coordination and billing

East Power’s existing service description identifies a personal project coordinator, accommodation arrangements and ongoing project communication. Billing uses confirmed time records. Scope and responsibilities are agreed in the individual offer.
