What does staffing from Poland and Eastern Europe cost?
Staffing costs can be compared only when role requirements and scope are defined. Tasks, qualifications, shifts, duration and arrangements inform a quotation. A general hourly figure does not replace a specific offer.
01
Define the service model first
For direct hiring, distinguish recruitment services from ongoing employment costs. Temporary staffing depends on the agreed assignment and billing basis. Do not mix recruitment fees, assignment costs and organisational services. State the intended model, or explain your objective if undecided.
02
Which inputs influence a quotation?
Tasks determine skills. Location, shifts and duration define organisational requirements. Language, equipment experience and qualification documents belong in the role profile. Quantities should reflect people needed simultaneously per shift. These inputs make differences between quotations easier to assess.
03
What is included and what is agreed separately?
Ask about travel, accommodation, equipment, induction and ongoing coordination. Record who handles each task and which cost items are included. An all-inclusive label without a service description is insufficient. Agree how changed requirements, absences and assignment length will be handled.
04
Compare offers on the same basis
Check whether offers cover the same tasks, hours and arrangements. Clarify the hours basis, time recording, approval and billing intervals. A lower unit figure says little when services differ. Request a clear responsibility description rather than general low-cost claims.
05
Prepare an enquiry with usable information
Record workplace, tasks, mandatory skills, headcount per shift, start and duration. Mark unconfirmed quantities and hours, and identify preparations you will handle. These details support a discussion of scope; they do not create an automatic price or availability promise.
06
Compare recruitment fees and assignment costs separately
A recruitment fee pays for the agreed direct-recruitment service. It differs from a worker’s pay and from agency-work assignment billing. An offer should state the payment trigger, amount or calculation basis and any replacement terms. East Power’s separate recruitment service and its terms remain subject to confirmation.

Questions before your enquiry
What is the hourly cost of temporary workers from Poland?
A meaningful price needs tasks, dates and scope. East Power does not publish a general rate list here. Use a specific enquiry as the basis for discussion.
Are accommodation and travel automatically included?
The scope must be stated in the offer. Explain whether you handle arrangements or would like to discuss support.
